BRIEF

Explain the new strategy recently formulated by Harrow Council. From the point of view of a couple of major developers with comments from a local employer and resident of Stanmore Place.

IDEA

The challenge was forming a concept that suited both the vision of the council and the developers taking part. We scouted locations and interviewed key members to form the basis of the film. Through the pre-production process have set review points with all parties to ensure the correct message was being formed. 
 
The result it a film from a variety of points of view, but showing only the more photogenic areas without diluting the message

WEST LONDON ALLIANCE

BRIEF

A short film explaining the West London Alliance's vision for growth featuring interviews and opinions from leading figures in West London and footage of the areas discussed

IDEA

Insuring the most favourable locations are used to film and conduct interviews through to the creation of stunning yet relevant b-roll.

The use of the highest possible levels of production employed, from motion-tracked time lapses to steady cam walk throughs, to aerial drone footage.
